Our Mission
At Harley’s House of Pawz Rescue, our mission extends beyond rescue and rehoming—we provide lifelong commitment. We strive to save lives, reduce overpopulation, and ensure every animal we serve is placed in a safe, stable, and loving home. We remain actively involved beyond placement, offering continued support to both foster and adoptive families for the lifetime of each animal.
Adoption Policy
Our adoption policies are structured to protect the long-term welfare of our animals. We conduct a thorough screening process that includes an application, reference and veterinary checks, and, when appropriate, home verification. We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis—our priority is the right fit.
Adopters must agree to provide ongoing veterinary care, proper housing, and a lifelong commitment. We maintain a strict return policy requiring that any animal adopted from us be returned to our rescue if the adopter is unable to keep them. We remain actively involved as a support system throughout the animal’s life.
