Boone's Story

We have NO idea what breed Boone is. He was an owner surrender who found him when he was a couple of months old. We've had him since Jan 28th when he was surrendered to us. Some people think he's a Kai Ken becuz of his size mixed with a Blue Heeler. Only way to find out is a DNA test which unfortunately we can't afford to do. He's a med size dog. Loves everyone. Crate trained and does go outdoors but will need more training. He's active and loves to play. Vet put him at 6 mo's old back in April. Boone is completely vetted.<br/><br/>We do foster to adopt. This allows time for the adopter to make sure our rescue fits perfectly in their family and it also allows us time to see if the adopter fits well into our adoption family.<br/> <br/>Must have a full fenced in yard. We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis—our priority is the right fit. Adopters must agree to provide ongoing veterinary care, proper housing, and a lifelong commitment. We maintain a strict return policy requiring that any animal adopted from us be returned to our rescue if the adopter is unable to keep them. We remain actively involved as a support system throughout the animal’s life.
