He's 2 yrs old. Weights in at 8pds. He's a chi mix. Owner lived in TN and moved and couldn't take him. He's great with other dogs and cats. His temperament is perfect. He's housebroken but for some reason his previous owner couldn't get him to do number 2 outdoors. Since he has been with us he's been doing great, yet in a new home.. until he gets on a schedule he may have a few accidents. Otherwise, he's the sweetest little guy.<br/><br/>We do foster to adopt. This allows time for the adopter to make sure our rescue fits perfectly in their family and it also allows us time to see if the adopter fits well into our adoption family.

Our adoption policies are structured to protect the long-term welfare of our animals. We conduct a thorough screening process that includes an application, reference and veterinary checks, and, when appropriate, home verification. We do not operate on a first-come, first-served basis—our priority is the right fit. Adopters must agree to provide ongoing veterinary care, proper housing, and a lifelong commitment. We maintain a strict return policy requiring that any animal adopted from us be returned to our rescue if the adopter is unable to keep them. We remain actively involved as a support system throughout the animal’s life.
