Our Mission
We're an independent rescue in Lockhart, Texas, dedicated to giving abandoned dogs a second chance at a forever home.
Adoption Policy
To get started, please complete the adoption inquiry form. This helps us learn more about you and the type of pet you're looking for.
We will review your information and contact you to answer any questions, discuss available pets, and help determine whether a particular dog may be a good fit.
If it looks like it's a good match, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet. If both you and the pet are ready to move forward, we'll finalize the adoption paperwork, collect the adoption fee, and provide all available medical records.
The adoption fee helps cover the cost of veterinary care and ensures that each dog is ready for their new home.
Before adoption, all dogs are:
Spayed or neutered
Dewormed
Microchipped
Heartworm tested
Vaccinated
Up to date on age-appropriate preventatives.
After adoption we remain available to provide support and help ensure a successful transition for both you and your new companion.
