Bodhi's Story

Bodhi showed up outside our fence and was determined to get in, as if he knew it was the place for him. After we were unable to locate his owner, we brought him into our care.<br/><br/>Bodhi is a lovable, sweet, and happy dog. He gets along well with most dogs, but he does guard his food and should be fed in a separate space.<br/><br/>He loves water, especially during warmer months, and is a great swimmer. He has an appearance similar to a Great Pyrenees, with thick, long white coat, though he is about half the size.<br/><br/>Bodhi would do well on a ranch or small property where he can have a job and purpose. While he enjoys being indoors at times, he prefers outdoor living and does be best in open spaces.

To get started, please complete the adoption inquiry form. This helps us learn more about you and the type of pet you're looking for. We will review your information and contact you to answer any questions, discuss available pets, and help determine whether a particular dog may be a good fit. If it looks like it's a good match, we'll arrange a meet-and-greet. If both you and the pet are ready to move forward, we'll finalize the adoption paperwork, collect the adoption fee, and provide all available medical records. The adoption fee helps cover the cost of veterinary care and ensures that each dog is ready for their new home. Before adoption, all dogs are: Spayed or neutered Dewormed Microchipped Heartworm tested Vaccinated Up to date on age-appropriate preventatives. After adoption we remain available to provide support and help ensure a successful transition for both you and your new companion.
