Casper is a lovable and intelligent dog with a heart full of potential. When we found him he was covered with fleas, and nothing but skin and bones. He's come a long way since then and is ready to find his forever family. He's new to us, so we're still getting to know him, but so far he's shown himself to be a sweet dog with youthful energy and an easygoing presence.
