Our Mission
DOGS ON THE MOVE by Pawsitive4LIFE, Inc is a 501(c)3 non profit based out of South Florida. Our mission since 2011 has been to rescue and transport animals from high kill shelters in South Florida to responsible 501(c)3 rescues and no kill shelters for re-homing. Our primary goal is to secure the safe haven of as many shelter animals as possible by transporting them out of South Florida and into other areas of the country and state where they will be placed into loving homes. To accomplish this our focus is to raise the funds needed to rescue and re-home as many animals as possible each and every month. We work hard with the shelters and our amazing Transport Partners across the country to fill the van with urgent pets that would have otherwise not have had a second chance at life.

Adoption Policy
All potential adopters will be required to fill out an application, provide references, and complete and interview and home visit prior to approval. All direct adoptions through DOGS ON THE MOVE will be required to be local to South Florida residents.
