Our Mission
We seek to educate people on rabbit care to reduce abandonment of rabbits. Through adoption and fostering, we seek to rescue abandoned and unwanted rabbits and find permanent adoptive homes.
Adoption Policy
We ask that potential adopters fill out and submit our adoption form available through our website: www.HuntsvilleHouseRabbits.com and have open communication. For first time adopters, we go through rabbit care instructions. We prefer to meet all potential adopters prior to granting an adoption and to deliver the bunny to their new home to ensure the bunny is comfortable. For bunnies seeking a friend, pre-planned meetups are available for "speed dating" upon request. We would like to ensure the bunnies are compatible prior to adoption for companionship.
