Rafa

Rafa is a hilarious puppy who always keeps his foster family laughing. He is an absolute cuddle bug and loves being part of a family. He was originally a stray from Texas, but has made his was to the Northeast to find his forever home! He is around 9 weeks old and we expect him to be on the larger side when fully grown as he is already 10 lbs.

He has an adorable cow lick on his back, which makes him pretty unique. :-)

If you are interested in adopting there is an application below! This is the first step. We do not schedule meet and greets without an approved application.

https://www.shelterluv.com/matchme/adopt/PDAR/Dog

98% of our adoptables come from out of state.
