He has good energy although the basset hound in him keeps the golden part of him calm, cool and collected. He loves quiet time, running, toys, tug-of-war, walks, swimming, car rides, climbing, fetch, digging, and being home alone. He is comfortable men, women, kids and older people as well. Bowie does really well with big dogs, little dogs, cats—and he doesn’t bother chickens.<br/>Bowie is convinced the whole world exists to pet him—and he’s usually right! This social butterfly greets every person and dog like an old friend, always ready for playtime or a good cuddle. Curious, playful, and lap-loving, he thrives on companionship yet handles alone time just fine.<br/>Ideal home:<br/>A family (or active individual) who can match his medium energy with daily walks, fetch, and adventure.
