Squid Guinea Pig Guinea Pig Saint Paul, MN

Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. We will be asking potential adopters to discuss their individual preferences and comfort levels involving safety precautions during the greeting/adoption day step. We are HIGHLY suggesting all participants wear facial coverings, stay at least six feet apart, & use sanitization of all surfaces, and hands before and after contact.

Estimated birth date: 10/1/20

Personality: Inquisitive, Friendly toward humans, Chatty, Playful, Energetic, Mouthy (puts mouth on you but does not bite down, usually thinking your fingers are food), Sweet

Favorite treats: Peppers and tomatoes

Favorite toys and activities: Chewing - especially on those brightly colored sticks, getting new toys.

Potty trained: Haven’t tried

This animal daily routine: Snuggles and a treat in the morning and a salad at night. She’s in a “high traffic” area so lots of interaction all day long.

BFF (Does this animal have or need a same species friend in their home?): Not yet! Squid will need a guinea pig buddy in her adoptive home.

Other notes: She likes music (but not a fan of drum sticks) and loves to have her head scratched.

Squid found her way to MNPPR after being picked up from animal control as a stray.
