Personality: Inquisitive, Friendly toward humans, Chatty, Energetic, Nervous, Mouthy (puts mouth on you but does not bite down, usually thinking your fingers are food) Very shy (you are unable to touch this animal without it running away or being fearful, etc)
Favorite treats: Romaine lettuce and cilantro
Current Diet: Chewing cardboard and Oxbow Essentials Adult Guinea Pig Food, Fruit, Veggies, Leafy Greens, Western Timothy Hay
Favorite toys and activities: Fleece snuggles
Potty trained: No
This animal’s daily routine: Morning vitamin c tabs. Afternoon fresh veggies and floor time.
BFF (Does this animal have or need a friend of the same species in their home?): Yes, Tadpole, Hot Cocoa, & Mitzy are a bonded trio and must be adopted together.

Other notes: Will climb in your lap for snacks also like to "taste" your clothes and socks will not actually cause damage. Doesn't like being picked up or petted.
Tadpole came to MNPPR after being found abandoned outside. She gave birth to Hot Cocoa shortly after arriving in rescue.
Tadpole & Hot Cocoa made their way back to MNPPR along with their new friend Mitzy when their family was no longer able to provide proper care.
Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Hot Cocoa’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Roseville PetSmart - 2480 Fairview Ave N, Roseville, MN 55113 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
Fee: Tadpole, Hot Cocoa, & Mitzy have a combined adoption fee of $85
