Due to health and safety concerns, we are now pursuing adoptions with additional safety measures in place. Due to our rescue being foster-based, not all foster homes are located in Saint Paul, MN. Dunkin’s foster parent prefers to meet at the Plymouth PetSmart - 4190 Vinewood Ln N, Plymouth, MN 55442 for meet & greets, & adoptions.
