Our Mission
The mission of Riley’s Rescue at Henthorn Haven Inc. Recognizing the healing power of the bond between people and companion animals, our mission is to rescue animals from poor conditions, reduce pet overpopulation, and prevent euthanization by providing critical vet care and socialization.
We work to place each animal in a loving and permanent home.
To support this mission, we raise funds to cover veterinary care, spay and neuter surgeries, treatment for illnesses, housing, food, and companionship — all made possible through a dedicated network of individuals who share our commitment to animal welfare
Adoption Policy
We do community events, have introduction/meet and greet either in public or in home setting. We have the application to which we check references, with landlords, vets, references, the board discusses approval. Then it's to receive payment clearing and set up an appointment for delivery is in home for comfortable transfer for the cats or if need be we have a pickup location from fosters home or Matt's Auto or Wags and Whiskers for public locations.
