Divine Intervention
Our Mission
Divine Intervention arose out of one woman's belief in the following statement:
"I am only one, but I am one. I cannot do everything, but I can do something. And because I cannot do everything, I will not refuse to do the something that I can do."
Author, Edward Everett Hale
Over the course of 4 decades of helping multitudes of helpless animals, I've looked into hundreds upon hundreds of eyes looking back at me, each soul with a story that without words were conveyed through those eyes.
Kittens and puppies are irresistible, I know. But until you look into the eyes of an older soul and watch those eyes go from fear and distrust to gratitude and love, you are missing out on something special..
I'm not sure who said this, but "to the world you are one person. To your pet you are the world".
