Our Mission
Welcome to Jake’s Place
Jake's Place Cat Rescue is a CA nonprofit 501c3. At Jake’s Place, we work with local and outlying shelters, as well as the general public, to rescue, foster, socialize and rehome cats and kittens. Our goal is also to educate and create awareness about the plight of stray, abandoned and homeless animals, the importance of spaying & neutering, and the necessity of committing to care for your pet for his/her entire lifetime.

Adoption Policy
All of us at Jake's Place are committed to helping you find the right cat or kitten for your family situation.
Feel free to call us at 415-548-0824 and ask questions about any of our cats. You can meet some of our cats at adoption events or we will try to arrange a visit for you with the foster family.
All Jake's Place cats available for adoption are spayed/neutered, current on vaccinations, treated for parasites, tested for FIV/FeLV and microchipped.
