Marzipan

Meet Marzipan, a beautiful 2-year-old long-haired black kitty with a gentle heart and so much love to give. This sweet girl has had a bumpy start: after a prolonged boarding stay during a period of housing instability, she returned home only to find that the resident cats—three closely bonded siblings—weren’t willing to accept her. Marzipan deserves a home where she can finally feel safe, wanted, and cherished.

Despite everything, Marzipan is soft, sweet-natured, and wonderfully gentle. She does well around other cats at Cat's Cradle, so she may enjoy a feline friend—as long as they’re kind, easygoing, and not the bossy, alpha type. She would also be perfectly happy soaking up all the love as the only kitty in a calm home.

With her silky black coat and tender personality, Marzipan is the kind of cat who will make a lucky person’s life a little sweeter. Could you give this deserving girl the peaceful, loving fresh start she’s been waiting for?

If you’re interested in meeting this sweet cat or learning more, please reach out.

This cat is considered a Courtesy Listing. Jake’s Place offers our services to help other responsible rescue groups or individuals find good homes for cats in need. We have screened and interviewed each of the individuals before agreeing to post their cats.
