ZEUS's Story

MEET ZEUS! This handsome guy is Zeus! He is an active little dog who is looking to be the king of the castle in his new home - he would prefer to be the only animal. It takes him a bit to get comfortable with new people, but once he has made you his friend, he's very sweet and affectionate. He would do best in a quieter area without a lot of foot traffic. Zeus needs a home with teens and adults only as he can be opinionated when it comes to handling. If you are interested in meeting him, stop by our Dedham shelter! My friends describe me as: Affectionate, vocal, opinionated Zeus is currently up to date on all vaccinations, has been spayed/neutered, microchipped and seen by our vet team. For more information on Zeus or any other animal currently residing at the Animal Rescue League of Boston, please call us at 617-426-9170. We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirements.

Animal Rescue League of Boston(Dedham branch)'s Adoption Policy
We require the following as part of the adoption process: - We welcome adopters from NH, RI, CT, and NY. However, we will be unable to facilitate same day adoptions due to state regulated paperwork requirement. - Adopter must be 18 years of age or older - A photo of the cage your pet will live in, if adopting a small animal or bird - Adopters are responsible for bringing their own travel carrier to bring home all adopted cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, ferrets, chinchillas, and other small animals or birds of a larger size. All ARL Animal Care & Adoption centers offer new travel carriers for sale ($35 – $40 depending on size), along with gently used carriers, as supplies last ($10).
