Meet Zeus

Hi, my name is Zeus! I'm a mixed breed dog born around 8/18/2020. I came up to Wisconsin from San Antonio, Texas and weigh close to 55 pounds. I am new to the shelter and they are still getting to know my personality but I've been a good dog so far! Obedience classes for adult dogs and puppies can be incredibly helpful for both animals and humans. It helps you understand what makes me tick and will give me a better idea of what you want me to do. It’s a win/win and it will also strengthen the bond between us!

Update from previous shelter:
Temp on first approach: Zeus is friendly and seems to be a good boy in the kennel.

Coming in and out of the kennel: Zeus waits to be taken out of the kennel.

Leash handling: Zeus does well on the leash. He did not pull the whole time i was with him.

Temp being handled for examination: He was very good for his examination!

Temp w/ males:Zeus met with T-bone. He was eager to approach and sniff him. His tail was wagging the whole time. He was very tolerant of T-bone's excited personality too. He did meet Woody as well. He was happy to sniff him too. Woody was not as playful and was a little stiff but that didn't bother Zeus. He kept sniffing him with a wagging tail.

Temp w/ females: He met with Shelby. He was happy to say hi and wagging his tail during the meeting. After awhile he went about his own business and left to sniff things.

Appear potty trained? Unsure at this time.

Final temp w/ people: He does really good with people. We are able to pet him without any hesitation. he seems to love attention and will make an awesome adventure partner!
