Meet Wonton
Wonton is a 4 year old, 10 lbs terrier/Chihuahua mix. He has coarse hair of medium length and would be thrilled to have a forever home. He loves treats and affection. He doesn’t care to have other dogs in his face but will tolerate them. He would probably do best in a home without small children so he wouldn’t feel threatened if they chased him.
Wonton would love to be your lap dog and constant companion. We don’t yet know if he’s housetrained, but he’s a very quick learner, so it shouldn’t take long for him to pick it up if he isn’t already.
If you’d like to meet Wonton, the first step is to complete and submit an adoption application on our oklahomawestierescue.com website and we’ll get the process started.
Please allow 1-2 weeks to finish processing your application, but please know our volunteers are working hard on it.
Wonton’s adoption fee is $300 and is tax deductible.
NOTE: You must complete and submit an application and be approved to adopt prior to being able to meet the dog. The requested tax-deductible adoption donation is $400 for our puppies, $300 for up to age 7 and $150 for ages 8 and older.
We do not ship our pets. Be prepared to travel to Tulsa, OK, or Oklahoma City, OK, or the location where this dog is fostered to pick up your dog in person if your application is approved. Once you are approved, you may adopt any of our dogs that is a good fit.
We are a non-profit organization that spends our adoption fees and donations on vaccinations, surgeries, various medical tests, medicines, food and supplies needed by our dogs. Our fees do not cover the overall expenses incurred by the care of our dogs, but they do help defray the costs involved. We thank you for your support.
