You didn't see me. You did not see my worth. You did not realize what an amazing boy I would turn into. You did not see that I deserved to be loved. Instead, you discarded me. You left my mom and my siblings to fend for our own. We ended up in the shelter and my siblings and I all caught Parvo. We all fought for our lives. In fact, I was one of the sickest pups. Everyone was very worried about me for a bit. I wasn't ready to say goodbye though. You didn't see my worth but this rescue did. My fosters did. The vet did. And with so many people fighting for me, I knew I had to push through.

Now I am healthy. Now I am learning what being a carefree puppy is like. I am living a life full of love now. I spend my days playing with my siblings, cuddling with my fosters, and dreaming of what my forever family was. You didn't see my worth. But that is okay. I ended up exactly where I am supposed to be, and now I can find a family who knows my worth. Who will love and cherish me forever as I will them. I will no longer let my past define me. And with that, it is time to introduce myself to my new family!

My name is Wishbone and I am a 10 week old, 13lb male Great Pyrenees/Aussie mix. I believe that I will be around 65-70lbs once I am fully grown.

The thing about adopting is you should not do it unless you are absolutely ready. That means you can commit to me for the rest of my life. I am going to be so loyal to my family, and I ask the same in return!

Ready for a very lucky puppy? Meet Wishbone, he's here to make your puppy wishes come true! He is one adorable pup, with the sweetest little nose. Wishbone enjoys playing with his toys, especially the ones that squeak and chasing anything that moves. He's a pretty laid-back puppy, content playing by himself or snuggling up to a friend. He loves, loves head scratches and chilling on the couch, also a huge fan of mealtime. The family that adopts Wishbone will be very lucky indeed!

-How can someone adopt me?
The first step is to fill out an adoption app for me at https://www.pyrpawsandfluffytailsrescue.com/adoption-app

Once this app comes in, it will get sent on to my foster family and they will help me decide if we are a match or not.

-Where are you being fostered?
I am being fostered in Oklahoma City, OK.

-Would I need to come to pick you up?
Yes, you would need to pick me up. This rescue does not send us on transports. It is less stress on us that way. Plus, you and I can already start bonding on the road trip home! ?

-Can I adopt you even though I don't live in Oklahoma?
Yep, I am not opposed to living in another state!

-How much is your adoption fee?

My adoption fee is $275.

That includes two sets of puppy shots and wormings. I will also have had a bordetella. I will be micro-chipped, have a fecal done, be de-wormed, be spayed/neutered, and will be current on heart-worm and flea/tick prevention.
