Meet Sparkles: This sweet Wheaten Terrier mix female is medium sized at about 55 lbs and is great with dogs that are calm. She ignores cats. She is shy at meeting new people but can warm up quickly. When new people come over to her house she tends to hide at first but warms up after a while. If she seems people outside she barks at them and is in protection mode. She is uncomfortable around younger kids, so she is looking for a home older kids, that won't scare her or pull on her.
She is housebroken, crate trained and able to be left unkennelled. She is calm very rarely playful she just wants lots of belly rubs. She is definitely not a high maintenance dog. She loves to go for rides in the car.
WinterSparkles is looking for a home with another calm dog or someone who can spend time with her, older kids only, please.
