Meet Willow <br/><br/>Hi... I'm Willow. You might remember me-I started my journey here a long time ago with my 10 siblings. Back then, I was the tiny puppy who wasn't expected to make it. I had meningitis and fought so, so hard just to be here today.<br/><br/>But guess what?<br/>I made it. I grew strong. I got healthy. I found a home.<br/><br/>And no w... I'm back.<br/><br/>My family had to move and couldn't take me with them, so I'm trying to understand why I'm here again. The shelter feels really big and loud, and if I'm being honest... I'm a little scared and very confused.<br/><br/>But underneath that uncertainty is the same girl who fought to live.<br/><br/>I am incredibly sweet, gentle, and full of love. Once I feel safe, I'll lean into you, soak up all the affection, and remind you just how special I am. I've already proven I'm a fighter-now I just need someone who will fight for me and give me the forever I thought I had.<br/><br/>I survived when the odds were against me... now I just need a second chance at a forever home.<br/><br/>Love,<br/>Willow

San Saba County Friends of Animals's Adoption Policy
Prospective adopters are asked to complete an adoption application. The application is reviewed by our adoptions committee. We typically check vet and personal references and confirm landlord permission, if applicable. If the adoption is approved, SSCFOA and the adopter enter into an adoption contract. An adoption fee of $50 to $100 is required.. Visits are by appointment only because we do not have a physical facility.
