Meet William <br/><br/>William is a smart & adventurous 8 month old male boxer mix, with a big curiosity about the world. Everyone who meets this handsome young boy falls in love with him. He is a real sweetheart who will sometimes show his love by jumping up to say hello. However, he is learning quickly more appropriate ways to say Hello.. His foster is working on four feet on the floor. He has come out of his shell since his rescue and is now a happy, excited, and playful puppy who loves to explore and is ready to learn. A family who can continue to help with his leash walking and with his manner would be perfect.<br/><br/>He has worked to gain confidence in his foster home after his time as a stray and with animal control, he is incredibly smart and quick to learn, making him a great candidate for training and adventurous activities. William will thrive when he’s mentally and physically engaged and would do best with an active family who enjoys walks, playtime, and teaching him new things and a family that is looking for an affectionate dog. William loves to run around the yard and has a lot of energy, he would benefit from a household with a fully fenced yard to play. He was timid at first but had fun playing with the other dogs he met, he read their energy well and played with the playful dog and left the standoffish dog alone. He would love to have a dog to play with and learn from in his forever home or even a friend or neighbour with a dog to play with. He loves his toys, playing with balls and recently discovered playing tug is fun too. <br/><br/>If you’re looking for a sweet, intelligent, and adventurous and affectionate pup to grow alongside your family and you are willing to put in the work in continuing with his training and exercise, William will be the perfect match.<br/><br/>Meet and Greets will be held either in the Peterborough or Etobicoke, Ontario region.
