Wiley's Story

Hi, I’m Wiley! I’m a 1-year-old, 32-pound Boston Terrier/American Bully mix and I’m a goofy, happy-all-the-time kind of guy who is guaranteed to keep you smiling. If I were a kid in school, I’d definitely be the class clown! I’m silly, sweet and incredibly loving. I absolutely adore people and I get so excited when I see you that I’ll actually hop with happiness. Life is just more fun when Wiley is around!

I can walk on a leash, although I do pull a little when I’m excited, so I could use a little more practice with that. Mostly, I’m just looking for a family who wants a happy, affectionate boy who will shower them with love. I came from a high-kill shelter down South and now I’m ready to leave that chapter behind and find the forever family I’ve been waiting for. I can also be cat tested upon request.

I’ll come fully vetted, neutered, up to date on vaccines and preventatives and microchipped. If you’re looking for a sweet, goofy boy who wakes up happy every day and thinks seeing his favorite people is the best thing ever, I might just be your guy!

If interested, please DO NOT submit an inquiry through Petfinder. Fill jout the application at the link below.

https://adopt.animalsfirst.com/animal/63adcb00cb896f59b74103d2/6abd29e874a2e9a99302034c

Angie's Dog House's Adoption Policy
Our Adoption Process Our goal is to make the adoption process as smooth as possible while making sure each animal is matched with the right home 1. Submit an Application Complete our adoption application using the link at the bottom of each animal’s bio. Our team will review your application and if approved, someone from the rescue will reach out. PLEASE DO NOT FILL OUT AN INQUIRY ON PETFINDER 2. Home Video Once approved, we will ask you to submit a video walkthrough of your home and yard in lieu of an in-person home visit 3. Animals Already in Foster If the animal is currently in a foster home, the foster parent will contact you to answer questions, tell you more about the animal and arrange a meet and greet. Please bring a leash to the meet and greet. If everything goes well and you feel it is the right match, you may complete the adoption and take your new family member home that day 4. Direct Adoptions From Transport Some of our animals travel to Michigan specifically for direct adoption rather than going into a foster home. Because these animals are coming on transport specifically to meet their approved adopter, a direct adoption must be a firm commitment. Please ask any questions and make sure you are comfortable moving forward before committing to a transport animal 5. Finalizing the Adoption To complete the adoption, you will sign our adoption contract and pay the adoption fee. Once complete, your new family member is officially yours and can head home with you
