He would tell you that that is perfect Lap dog size. Wilbur was found as a stray and quickly integrated into his fosters home and their dogs.<br/><br/>Wilbur is looking for a loving home, either as an only dog or with a companion to play with. He has a sweet disposition, never meets a stranger, and it is truly hard not to fall in love with him. He also loves treats and will sit very nicely begging for more.<br/><br/>Wilber walks nicely on a leash and does not bark at other animals; in fact, he is perfectly fine with cats and does well with other dogs. He is house-trained and will go to the door to let you know when he needs to go outside.
