Wall-E's Story
Meet Wall-E! This sweet 7-year-old, 25lb. Jack Russell Terrier mix found his way to Happily Furever After Rescue alongside his friend, Eve, after they were found as strays. Now that he's safe and being cared for, he's ready to find the loving furever home he's been waiting for.

Wall-E is a low-to-medium energy guy who appreciates the simple things in life. He enjoys going for short walks and walks beautifully on a leash, but his favorite place to be is curled up with a soft blanket perched on top of the couch or next to his person getting belly rubs. He is incredibly affectionate and loves soaking up attention from his humans. He's also a great eater, sleeps soundly through the night, and has been friendly with everyone he's met.

After everything he has been through, Wall-E can be a little insecure and gets spooked easily. He would benefit from having a confident female dog in his furever home to help show him that the world isn't such a scary place.

He currently does very well with his fosters 15-pound female Miniature Pinscher, but Wall-E has a conflicted relationship with their male dog (this may change once he settles in more and gets neutered). Because he seems to gain confidence from having a canine companion, Wall-E must be adopted into a home with another female dog.

Wall-E was found with Eve, a 7-year-old Chihuahua, and we would absolutely love to see these two continue their journey together as they really are fond of one another. They are not required to be adopted together, but if the perfect family has room in their hearts and home for both, nothing would make us happier than seeing Wall-E and Eve get their happily furever after side by side.

His adoption fee is $450 and Wall-E is vaccinated, heartworm negative, microchipped, and he will be neutered on 8/19.
