If there is anyone who can pull off a snaggletooth, it is Veronica! This sweet-tempered lady is stealing volunteer hearts left and right, rogue tooth and all. Veronica is a Soi Dog rescued from the illegal dog meat trade in Southeast Asia by Soi Dog Foundation, our partner rescue based in Thailand. She and a group of his friends traveled from the SDF facility in Phuket and were flown stateside to The Barking Lot in August 2017. By all accounts, Veronica is a gentle, mellow, relaxed, go-with-the-flow type of gal. She gets along well with everyone whether two or four legged. She has even passed a cat test with flying colors! She will need a trip to the dentist, and maybe a couple extra walks around the block to trim down her waistline (though if you ask her, she will say it's all fluff), but other than that, Veronica has a clean bill of health. Like most of our Soi Dogs, Veronica is already housebroken and waits to do her business outside. She tips the scales around 40 pounds. As of May 2018, she is fully matured at 6 years of age.
