📌 Important Information
• All dogs are currently in foster care in Mexico 🇲🇽. She has not been around kids yet, but given her gentle nature we believe she would be good with them. However, it's always important that kids be taught to respect the dog’s belongings and boundaries.
• HOUSEBROKEN? Not 100% yet. As rescues that lived on the street or tile/outdoor surfaces, they'll need some time to adjust. Most of our dogs adapt within 1-2 weeks of consistent training.

Valentina and her mom Santina spent their whole lives in a backyard where nobody paid much attention to them. No vet visits, no grooming, no real companionship — just food tossed over the fence and long, quiet days alone together. When they were finally rescued, Valentina arrived clinging to her mom's side, unsure how to exist without her as her whole world.

But Valentina surprised everyone. The more she settled in, the more her own personality started to emerge — a sweet, gentle girl who turns out to be perfectly capable of standing on her own four paws.

"She's already much more independent," her foster Susana says. "You can see who she really is now."

Who she really is: a fluffy little cloud of a dog with a wiry silver-white coat, a darker scruffy muzzle, and the most earnest brown eyes you've ever seen. She's calm and affectionate, the kind of dog who gravitates toward people rather than testing them.

She loves playing with other dogs, gives kisses freely, and once she decides you're hers, she follows you from room to room like a small, devoted shadow. She walks well on leash and is nearly house-trained.

Valentina would do well in most homes, including ones with another friendly dog where she can feel the familiar comfort of canine company while she continues to bloom. She is an easy dog and doesn't need much — just consistency, gentleness, and someone who'll stay.

Is that you?

*************************

📝 Ready to apply?
