Meet Tulip! <br/><br/>This sweet 2-year-old Frenchie is slowly learning that the world can be a safe and loving place. After what was clearly a difficult past involving neglect and mistreatment, Tulip is beginning to blossom with patience, consistency, and lots of affection. <br/><br/>Tulip absolutely adores her foster momma, craves love and attention (and treats!), and forms strong bonds with the people she loves. She's got to silliest little wiggles and snorts and will excitedly show them off to you :)<br/><br/>Tulip struggles with allergies and discomfort from what appears to be an old injury, so shell need a home committed to continuing her care and helping her stay comfortable.
