New Orleans Bulldog Rescue (NOBR) is an all-breed dog rescue specializing in the rescue and rehabilitation of Bulldog and Bully breeds. NOBR is dedicated to saving homeless dogs from overcrowded local shelters, particularly those at risk of euthanasia, by placing them into loving foster homes and facilitating permanent adoptions in the New Orleans area and beyond.
