URGENT! Tuli’s current foster has a family medical emergency. She needs a new foster today who is able to take her to twice monthly vet appointments in Lake Forest. Unfortunately, due to a family medical situation, they can no longer keep her, and Tuli needs a new foster. <br/><br/>She is just starting to come out of her shell, and we're seeing more of her sweet personality every day. Tuli needs a patient, understanding home that will let her move at her own pace.
