It’s hard to believe, but our director found this cutie roaming the streets, filthy and covered in fleas. Under all that dirt was the cutest, sweetest, easiest dog ever. He was so well behaved, it was hard to believe he didn’t belong to someone, but we searched high and low for his owners with no luck.
