Toto Jindo Mix Long Island City, NY

Meet our smiley Toto! He’s a male Jindo mix that’s 6 months old and weighs about 16 pounds. We rescued him from the Cheonan shelter in Korea and now he’s with us in NYC for adoption! He’s best described as friendly, outgoing, affectionate, energetic, and playful! Toto’s a champ at walking outdoors and has great leash manners. He’s still working on crate training, but he’s doing awesome with potty training! He loves playing with other dogs, but he also can keep himself entertained with toys (his favorites are a cow plushie and donut toy). This loveable guy also enjoys following his foster around the apartment, getting chin scratches, and getting belly rubs! Sometimes, he can be found burying his bowl in his crate or spinning in circles to catch his tail. Toto’s excited to be adopted and hopes you consider him. Apply to adopt!

Meet our adoptable pups! Come and "Meet The Pups", In-person, Saturday, Sat May 1st @ Mika Café in Bushwick (25 Thames St, Brooklyn). This event will be held at the outdoor event space from 11:30 am – 2:30 pm. This will be an opportunity where you can meet the dogs in person and learn more about them. REQUIRED

In compliance with NYC Covid-19 Phase 4 re-opening (www1.nyc.gov/), please show proof of Covid Vax or Negative Covid test within the last 3 days. It is required to meet the dogs upon entry. Our staff and volunteers will also meet the requirements.

Our adoption radius is now within 30 miles of the following locations: NYC, Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, DC, Baltimore, MD, and Western & Eastern CT. You must be able to pick up the dog at our office in Astoria, Queens (no exceptions). You must wear a mask and practice safe social distancing when traveling and picking up the dog.
