WOW, has this girl blossomed in foster care! <br/><br/>When Tootsie first came to us, she preferred to keep her distance and wasn’t too sure about new people or busy environments. But with patience, structure, and love from her foster family, this sweet girl has come such a long way — and yesterday she absolutely ROCKED the recent Strawberry Festival!! We were so proud of how well she handled the crowds, noise, and excitement. She may have even stolen a few hearts along the way. <br/><br/>This 2-year-old, 30-pound Shiba Inu mix is housebroken, crate trained, and happiest when she’s close to her people. She enjoys walks and outdoor adventures, but once she’s gotten some exercise, she’s content to relax at home as your loyal little sidekick.<br/><br/>She’s still a fairly quiet girl, loves learning new things, and has the cutest “guilty smile” when she thinks she’s done something wrong.
