Hi, I'm Timon!

I'm a happy, friendly guy who loves being around my people and making new friends. I'm friendly with everyone I meet and I'm good with kids, too! When it comes to other dogs, I might take just a little time to warm up before I'm ready to play. But once I decide you're my friend, I'm all in! I love making doggy besties, and my goofy personality really comes out when it's time to play.

Most of the time, I'm a pretty chill guy, but I definitely have my moments when I need to get some zoomies out. I can get a little vocal when I'm playing because sometimes having fun is just too exciting to keep quiet about!

I'm also still working on a few important skills. I'm making good progress with potty training and having fewer accidents, but I'll need a patient family to help me with crate training, leash walking, and basic obedience.

I'm a sweet guy with a goofy personality, a playful side, and lots of love to give. I may take a little time to warm up, but once I do, I'll be ready to be your best buddy!
---
Timon is from Texas. They arrive in Minnesota on 10/10/2026 and will need to be picked up from the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN between the hours of 8:30 and 11am. Please plan for their arrival accordingly as we cannot accommodate pickups outside of this time frame. Since they haven't arrived yet, they are available exclusively through Ruff Start's Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program. Visit our Foster to Adopt Program page to learn more. Once they get to Minnesota, they might require further veterinary care. Ruff Start's veterinary suite is located in Princeton, MN, and, as the foster, you will be required to transport your dog to and from these vetting appointments.
----
*Rescue puppies are notorious for losing their birth certificates before entering our rescue. We cannot guarantee the breed or size they will be full grown.*
