Tiki's Story
Meet Foster Tiki — the gentle, beautiful blue sweetheart with the softest soul.

Tiki is a quiet, calm, and beautifully gentle girl with a truly sweet nature. She’s friendly and personable, the kind of dog who happily seeks out pats and leans in for affection with that soft, grateful little sigh that melts you on the spot.

Pretty as can be and naturally well‑mannered, Tiki presents herself with a polite, thoughtful confidence. She enjoys treats, toys, and any chance to engage with her handler — always gentle, always eager to connect, always trying her best.

If you’re looking for a sweet, affectionate companion who brings peace, kindness, and quiet joy into every moment, Tiki is your girl.

FOSTER HOME UPDATE:

Tiki is a very sweet girl with playful bursts of energy throughout the day that make her so fun to be around. We’ve been working on her leash skills—she still gets excited and pulls a bit when she spots rabbits or squirrels, but she’s improving quickly and is easy to redirect with a stern calling of her name. She’s been an absolute rockstar with potty training: zero accidents in the house since she arrived and she picked up the routine right away. Tiki gets along well with our medium-sized female dog, though she can be a little territorial at times and likes her own space. Because of that, I’d recommend a home without very small dogs or cats unless you can provide extra supervision and structure during introductions. She’s great with kids, a total cuddly goofball indoors, and does well in a crate for short periods—but shouldn’t be left in there for more than 5-6 hours at a time.

Western Washington
https://www.royalhounds.org/adoption-application.html
