Tasha Doberman Pinscher & German Shepherd Dog Mix Oakland, NJ

Tasha is a very unique ~4 year old mixed breed, both in appearance and personality, who has been waiting a long time to find the right person to devote herself to. Originally rescued with her litter of pups from a life of neglect living outside, she takes her time to make new friends and decide who she can trust. She is especially afraid of men, but with the women she trusts she is the most cuddly, gentle, loyal, affectionate dog you could even imagine. She has her bursts of energy and enjoy racing around with her doggie friends, hiking, and swimming, but mostly she just loves to cuddle and is the perfect companion to lay in bed and watch tv with. She is as choosy with her doggie friends as her human ones and tends to prefer smaller younger canine companions, but once she bonds with a dog she is just as loyal to them as her human, and will even share her food, toys, bones, and beds with them. Tasha is looking for a special person who will take the time to get to know her- it is worth the extra effort to get her to trust you so you can have the privilege of seeing her cuddly playful side she only allows a select few to see.
