Hi, I am Swiss Cheese! I am a 3-year-old Mini Poodle/Schnauzer mix weighing about 13 pounds. I came from a hoarding situation, and while my past was not easy, I am ready to leave those days behind and discover what it means to be loved, cared for and part of a family of my own. When I arrived, I was so severely matted that I had to be shaved down. Now, with proper care and a safe place to heal, my fur is slowly growing back and I am feeling better every day.<br/><br/>I am a gentle, sweet little guy who is learning that the world can be a safe and happy place. I do best with patience, kindness and a calm environment where I can take my time getting comfortable.
