Meet Sunny
Sunny is searching for a foster-to-adopter starting Tuesday, March 9th. This darling little lady is about 1-2 years old, 35lbs, and just finished weaning her 7 beautiful puppies. Sunny was recently seen for a routine wellness visit and to our surprise and disappointment, was diagnosed with heartworms. She will need to not only undergo treatment, but also be spayed once the vet deems the procedure safe. Brown Dog will cover both the treatment and surgery, but adopters must be within driving distance of Grafton, MA, where our vet is located.
About to be an empty nester, Sunny's looking for a calm, loving home of her own. She has low confidence and is a shy girl, but loves, loves, loves her people and getting pets. Sunny is doing great with house-training, but will need more experience with leash walking to be a pro. Due to her timid nature, she requires a quiet home with a fenced in yard in a non-urban environment, as well as kids 14+.
