Sundae's Story

Sundae is as sweet as her name, and she surely zips around like a sugar high! At 1-year-old, this darling Australian Shepherd/Great Pyrenees mix is looking for a home where she can spend her days running around, playing with toys, digging, and working her brain. Sundae does well with other dogs after a slow introduction, though she can be protective of her food and toys, so multidog households will require more management. Sundae does have a high prey drive and may not do well in a home with cats and is looking for a home without other small, fast animals. Sundae is on the shy side and working on gaining her confidence, she will likely do best in a quiet home with just dog-experienced teens and adults. And since she's full of energy, she's likely not a good fit for an apartment or condo and would benefit from a securely fenced yard for exercise. If you're ready to welcome home this fun-loving pup, send in an adoption application today! <br/>*Sundae is currently in a foster home and is not located in the shelter.
