Stewart has started to open up-enjoying toys, exploring the world through his nose on walks (sniffing out wildlife and splashing through streams), and even making some dog friends. He loves toys and has the silliest zoomies with his favorite squeakies!<br/><br/>He's a smart pup who already knows cues like sit, down, stay, and come. He's very food motivated, which makes him a great candidate for continued training. He also keeps his kennel clean, and we believe he may have been house trained at one point.<br/><br/>Once he knows you, Stewart is incredibly affectionate-cuddly, happy to roll over for belly rubs, and able to settle in nicely while you work.<br/><br/>Stewart is looking for a patient, dog-experienced adopter who understands that relationships with shy dogs are built slowly and thoughtfully.
