Stevie Chihuahua Mix Oklahoma City, OK

Stevie is a 3 year old Chihuahua mix. He is a little guy with a big personality coming in at 9 lbs.

He is a happy and loveable guy that likes to be with his humans. He likes giving his humans doggy kisses. He will play with you, by himself or with his canine friends. He’s a great blend between playful & cuddliness.

Stevie gets along with other dogs his size but he isn’t very fond of bigger dogs. He likes to play chase with his canine friends & enjoys taking his toys outside to play with in the yard. He has learned how to play fetch & getting good about returning the toy. He’s not hyper but he does enjoy his playtime. He’s perfectly content sitting in your lap or close by you.

He has some amazing skills & can scale a chain link fence. A secure stockade fence is needed for this guy. He’s not overly chatty when he is outside but he does bark. While he’s fine being crated while you are away, he’s not happy about being crated. He will bark when he’s first crated until he settles down. When he barks it is loud making him not the best candidate for an apt.

Stevie loves attention. He’s good around kids. He would make an excellent only dog or an addition to a home that has another small playful dog.

He is crate & potty trained. He is using a doggy door to go out to go potty & play. He does ok on a leash & prefers to be walked using a harness otherwise he’s not doing any walking. He enjoys playing in the yard when the weather is nice outside. When it is cold he can benefit from wearing a sweater because he gets cold easily. At night he will sleep wherever you let him. His current favorite spot is in his foster parent’s bed.

Stevie is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, HW negative, current HW preventative and micro chipped. His adoption fee is $175.
