3 year old male Terrier/Chihuahua mix, about 8 pounds.

Greetings, my name is Stanley! I am a young Terrier mix looking for my furever family. I'm a little guy with a BIG personality and the cutest scruffy muzzle! I consider myself the CEO of the house and run a pretty tight ship! Like many young pups, I love toys, especially balls. When I want to play, I will bring my ball to the humans and make SURE they keep throwing it for me. I adore playing with other fellow small dogs, so I would love to have a furry sibling (including cats!) But, I am a little nervous around big dogs! I also enjoy long walks so I can patrol the neighborhood for any mischievous squirrels and do really well on the leash. I love to snuggle up on the couch for belly pets and to sit on your lap. Because I'm touch sensitive, before I fully trust you, I may be a little nippy at times, especially when being picked up. While, I would love a house with a fence, I can do OK in an apartment. But realize, putting on a leash in the beginning to go out potty may be a tad stressful for me. I love to snuggle up on the couch for belly pets. Because I see myself as the boss, I would not do well in a house with kids under 12. I get a little anxious in the car, but with more car rides I am getting more and more comfortable. I really need a small dog / Terrier savvy person to be my forever person.

All dogs are fostered throughout the Puget Sound area and are brought to the events where they can be met by prospective adopters. If your home seems like a great fit for the dog you would like to adopt, you must then drive to meet the dog at one of our weekend events or at the fosters home.
