Squishy

Squishy is one big fellow! He is a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix that is about a year old. He was picked up by a kind stranger who found him in the middle of the street with another dog, but no owners! They came to the shelter so they could safely wait for their owner to claim them. As it turned out the other dog was adopted from another shelter and was returned, but no one stepped forward for Squishy! Well he waited his allotted time and he is now ready for adoption. Squishy has all his of his vaccinations, he has a microchip, and he has been neutered. One little problem did show up on Squishy's health check up. He is heartworm positive, but he is not worried, because treatment has already been set up and he is ready to start! Now what would be amazing is if someone would step up and foster Squishy through his treatment and then adopt him. Gee, I wonder if that might happen for this seventy-six pound hunk of love!
