Snowy's Story

Get to know me... I'm Snowy! A lovely female purebred Great Pyrenees puppy, 4 months old, 43 lbs, born on or about 4/24/26 in a Texas border town. I belonged to a breeder and was kept outdoors in the dirt along with my parents and my sibling (see picture). Then one day, a very nice man who felt bad for us adopted me. He would take me with him to work, but he works on an oilfield and travels a lot, so he surrendered me to 4 Little Paws Rescue. Now I am living in a foster home in San Antonio, having some fun, making new friends, and getting ready for adoption. I am vaccinated, microchipped, have vet records, and I'm ready to leave Texas behind!

I am a beautiful girl with a sweet personality, a medium energy level, and an easygoing attitude. I can be shy at first with new humans and in new situations, but I warm up quickly and am always gentle, and I'm friendly with other dogs and kitty cats. I love soft toys and bouncy balls, playtime, and I enjoy having my people around me and being part of my playtime for fun games like fetch. I am very affectionate, and I'm a good girl, already housebroken and well-behaved. I am crate-trained, and for now it is my safe zone; with the door open, I go in and out as I feel more comfortable. When home alone, I stay in a crate, and I sleep in it at bedtime. I can walk on a leash with a bit of encouragement, and I don't mind going for a ride in the car. My foster parents say that I'm very loving and loyal and will be a fantastic family dog! Inquire about me today.
Adoption Fee: $750

LOOKING FOR AN APPLICATION? Our Mission
Our purpose is to save small breed dogs in overpopulated states such as California, North Carolina, South Carolina,Texas and Florida where there are many more homeless dogs in shelters than willing adopters.
