He picks his people and enjoys being carried around and snuggled by them!<br/>Snowball wants to be with his people all of the time and will do best in a home that can offer him just that!<br/><br/>NOTE: Snowball is currently on a foster-to-adopt trial until late December. His listing will be removed if he is adopted at the conclusion.<br/><br/>Regarding COVID-19 and other contagious illnesses: Please reschedule any visits if you are sick.
