Sirius's Story

Sirius is a fluffy, goofy ball of sweetness-and he's still growing! Who needs a BIG buddy?

This handsome boy is playful, gentle, affectionate, and wonderfully goofy. He absolutely loves being with his people and other dogs, and he's happiest when he can be outside exploring, playing with his canine friends, or cuddled up next to you.

Sirius can be a little timid when he first encounters something new, but give him some patience and encouragement and his sweet personality quickly begins to shine. He gains so much confidence by watching other dogs, so a friendly, confident canine sibling could be a wonderful match for him. He responds beautifully to patience and positive reinforcement.

Like any pup his age, Sirius is still learning! His forever family should be ready to continue basic puppy training, socialization, and confidence building. And that gorgeous fluffy white coat will need regular brushing and grooming to keep him looking his best.

Sirius at a glance
--40 lbs. and growing
--Golden Retriever/Great Pyrenees mix (we believe, but can't guarantee mix)
--Loves other dogs
--Loves being outside
--Gentle, cuddly & affectionate
--Playful and adorably goofy
--A little timid at first, but blossoms with encouragement
--Fluffy coat = regular grooming

Sirius is looking for a family who will give him the time, love, and guidance he needs to grow into the amazing dog he's already showing us he can be. If you're looking for a big, fluffy best friend who wants to play by day and cuddle by night, Sirius may be your guy.
