Welcome Schmidty to NJ Boxer Rescue!!!<br/><br/>We don’t know much about Schmidty’s past—he was found as a stray, and sadly no one came looking for him. What we do know is that this sweet boy is an absolute gem.<br/><br/>Before coming into rescue, Schmidty was in a foster home that partners with the shelter, where he proved to be the perfect house guest. They described him as “as sweet as they come,” and we couldn’t agree more! He is potty trained, crate trained, and does wonderfully with both people and other dogs.<br/><br/>Schmidty is a mature gentleman who’s perfectly content with a slower pace of life. He’s happiest just hanging out with his people—especially if there’s a comfy couch or cozy bed involved. He’s calm, grateful, and truly the definition of an easy, loving companion.<br/><br/>Now settled into his NJBR foster home, Schmidty is soaking up all the attention and showing just how special he is.
