Meet Scamp

This is Scamp! After a little research I believe Scamp is a black lab/blue lacy mix. Lacy's are actually the official dog of Texas and were developed here in the 19th century! He’s wondering why he keeps getting looked over as he should be a celebrity in his own great state of Texas! He is a very sweet boy, playful, and sleeps with his foster momma in bed without accidents. He’s working on potty training and is super smart.
